Summary: Airport shuttle is fast and efficient. Was here for unexpected stay (thanks United airlines 😡) Accommodation was nice. Quite a bit more money than I wanted to spend, but it's a nice hotel near Chicago so it was comparable to the others.

Summary: I’ve been going to the Hyatt since 1986 for a Beatles fan convention. It’s always clean with kind and courteous staff. I put the breakfast buffet on the bill. It’s a delicious generous buffet

Summary: The Hyatt is a dependable option and this particular location was connected directly to the convention center for the event I was attending. I definitely recommend this one for any events at the Donald E. Stephens convention center!

Summary: The lobby and main areas are well maintained and nice. The room with a king sized bed was very small and dated. Given proximity to airport, there is a fair amount of outside noise. The room had a musty scent but otherwise appeared clean. I personally would chose to stay elsewhere next time.

Summary: This Hyatt is huge, and benefits from the terrible experience with weather related cancelations at O'Hare. They have great shuttle service to the hotel, ready to capitalize on this business. You'll get to meet other worn out and disgruntled travelers at check in. Contrast this with trying to eat something in the lounge--and you'll get to hear local women "conversing" at volume levels that exceed those in Chicago bars. It must be THE place in Chicago for residents to be seen and heard, as nobody leaving the lounge appear headed back to their rooms or paying their bar tabs.

Summary: There were not many options for dinner restaurant and snacking grab and go were so expensive. In the morning you will wait long to take the elevator with your heavy baggage.

Summary: Makeup mirror light didn’t work. Bathroom way outdated. For a Double bed the bed was really small. I have a double at home and it’s bigger. Staff wasn’t horrible but not smiley and friendly. The hotel overall was very nice. Like the discount they gave us on breakfast for the convention, but everything else in the hotel was way overpriced for what you get. I mean $40 for a chicken wrap, chicken salad sandwich, a cup of fruit, and 2 candy bars is outrageous. I got more food across the street at an actual hotel restaurant for the same price.
